Car-free park
Because this is a car-free park, it is not allowed to use the car on the park outside the arrival days. On the day of arrival, children and pedestrians always have priority over other traffic (cyclists must give priority).
The permitted speed is 15 km / h. We kindly invite you to drive on the roads. On the day of arrival, you must park the car in the public car park after unloading. On departure day you can pick up and load the car one hour before departure.

Aqua Mundo
Our swimming paradise is open to you daily. Opening hours can be found in the Planet App. The access cards you received upon arrival are valid throughout the stay. To complete the pool closet you will need a € 1.00 coin, which will be returned to you after use.

We would also like to point out that the following safety measures have been taken for a visit to the Aqua Mundo:

● Prepare your visit to the Aqua Mundo in your cottage by washing your hands, washing your hands, showering and putting on swimwear under your normal clothes. The changing room and shower facilities are closed;
● To guarantee the social distance of 1.5 meters, we work with time slots, ensuring that the maximum number of people allowed is present per time slot. You can visit the Aqua Mundo twice per weekend / midweek.
● You can reserve your time slot via the Center Parcs App
● You will receive 2 vouchers per person per midweek / weekend. Only with reservation and handing over of the vouchers (per person) can access to the Aqua Mundo. We ask you to respect your time slot and the instructions of our bathing staff so that at the end of each time slot the Aqua Mundo is available again for the next guests as soon as possible;
● Please note: the entrance to the Aqua Mundo is located outside opposite the Cycle Center (not in the Market Dome). Tip: in bad weather, bring your umbrella!
● Due to the 1.5 meters distance, it is possible that not all facilities within the Aqua Mundo are available;
● The children’s pools are for children only, we ask the parents to supervise at an appropriate distance from each other at the edge of the pool. If your child is still too small, you can swim together in the shallow end of the large pool.

Tips for safer internet via a WiFi HotSpot

KPN does everything it can to make our HotSpots as safe as possible. Nevertheless, risks still exist. Because of the ease of use, KPN WiFi HotSpots are open WiFi networks. The following tips increase your safety:

  • Check whether you are really logging in to the KPN HotSpots portal by checking the address and security certificate, by clicking on the ‘lock’ in the address bar. If the site does not have a valid security certificate, a warning will be displayed and no ‘lock’ will be displayed.
    An https site is secure and encrypts confidential data. Therefore pay attention to the ‘s’ in https.
    Check if the redirect is to the correct web address (eg www.kpn.com instead of www.kqn.com).
    For sites that cannot be reached with https, a VPN (virtual private network) can be set up. This is, as it were, a traffic tunnel. Traffic can therefore (almost) not be read by hackers, and thus sent more securely. If a device has set up a VPN, an app will also send its traffic over it.
    Regularly update the operating system (e.g. the latest Android version) in order to have the latest version.
    Firewall must be switched on and virus scanner active (eg KPN Safe).

Please note
Logging in via the KPN HotSpots portal does not provide additional security for internet traffic after logging in.

What does KPN HotSpots do for security?

KPN HotSpots traffic is processed differently compared to a private WiFi connection: public traffic is handled via a separate network. Furthermore, all actions on the portal (both logging in and payment) are https secured. People who are connected to the same HotSpots network cannot see each other. And incoming traffic to your device (initiated from the outside) is not allowed by KPN HotSpots. In addition, we regularly test the security of the portal.

This is how you use KPN WiFi with a secure VPN connection!

Set up a VPN connection Android: After you have connected
to the KPN Wifi network, go through the following steps:

  1. Go to ‘Settings> More (settings)> VPN’
    In the menu select ‘Add / edit VPN profile’.
    At description you can fill in HotSpots and select the connection type: PPTP.
    At server address enter: vpn.hotspotsvankpn.com.
    Check if ‘PPP encryption (MPPE)’ is on and save the settings.
    When the VPN has been saved, choose the created VPN.
    Now enter the username: vpn and the password: kpn
    You can now connect to the VPN.

Setting up a VPN connection iOS: After you have connected
to the KPN Wifi network, go through the following steps:

  1. Go to ‘Settings> General> VPN’.
    Select ‘add VPN configuration…’ (You need to do this once, after which the settings for this are saved).
    Select the connection type: PPTP.
    At description you can fill in HotSpots and at server: vpn.hotspotsvankpn.com.
    RSA SecureID must be disabled, the username is: vpn and the password is: kpn
    The ‘Encryption level’ must be set to ‘Automatic’, ‘Send all traffic’ must be enabled and the ‘Proxy’ must be disabled.
    When you have entered these settings, select ‘Done’. You will return to the VPN screen.
    In this VPN screen you can turn on the VPN at ‘VPN Configurations’. You are now connected via VPN.
